Letting Deadlines is run by JH Media (James Hicks), the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@lettingdeadlines.co.uk.
If you check a deadline, your browser sends the postcode to postcodes.io (a free public postcode lookup) to find your region. We don't store your full postcode.
If you sign up for reminders, we store your email address, the number of properties you chose, your region and the first half of the postcode (for example "B1"), any certificate dates you entered, the wording you agreed to, and the date. We also record which advert or website brought you here and basic technical details (IP address and browser) to stop misuse.
We count page visits and checks without cookies, using a random number that only lasts while the browser tab is open.
To email you the reminders you asked for, with your consent. You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us, and we'll stop straight away. We use the advert details to see which adverts work.
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data. Our email provider sends the reminders. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and then within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
